I've found i minor bug when i try to add a selection rule to a page (node/%node in my case). When i try to open the selection rules dialog i got a 400 error (Bad URL), I've tried also on Firefox, Opera and Chrome, the error persists.

I've found also the solution, the problem is Clean URL, if Clean URL is off there's no problem, since is a bad URL error turn off Clean URL and you should be fine.
