Problem/Motivation

Hi there!

I am rendering a comment form in a custom panelizer display and have noticed that the pagination doesn't work and every subsequent page just displays what is on the first page.

If i disable the panelizer display the regular node form display with the comment form does work again.

Proposed resolution

Ascertain what is causing the issue, and correct pagination so works correctly.

I noticed if I add a higher pager id of 1 then everything works, the odd thing is I don't have any other pager on the page.

Nevermind this causes issue with getDisplayOrdinal as the field pager setting isn't correctly detected.

Maybe the comment block contexts aren't working correctly? Does the problem happen with a Panels page too?
