Don't include the Metatag item in the default display

When panelizing a view mode, if the Metatag module is installed it will create a Metatag item in the default list of blocks in the display. Per #2844699: Hide the unnecessary "Metatag" field from entity display settings (and others) this isn't actually needed, so exclude Metatag from the default blocks.
