BackLinkBlock can take you back to a 403

Problem/Motivation

The back link block always goes back to the previous page, even if it was a form submission, this can result in various errors like access denied and similar.

We've switched back to the regular breadcrumb block as a mitigation. Not really sure what a good fix would be for the block.
