I've been, literally, tearing my hair out trying to get OpenLayers to work as an alternative to Location/GMap modules, and it works except for one thing -- Views.

I'm using a clean, new install of Drupal 6.26. I've tried MANY different combinations of the OpenLayers, Views (both 2.x and 3.x), CTools and CCK (both 2.x and 3.x) modules, and nothing has worked. I see points on the map on an individual node after I create it, but I cannot for the life of me get a View-based map to work. I've followed every tutorial I can find here and still no go.

The current installation I have is this:

Drupal 6.26
CCK 6.x-3.0-dev
Ctools 6.x-1.x-dev
OpenLayers 6.x-2.x-dev
Views 6.x-3.x-dev

I've tried block maps, page maps... stable module releases and dev releases... every which way I can try and I still get no points on a Views-based map whatsoever.

I'm not sure anyone can help given what I've given you here, but perhaps I'm just venting. :) If you need more specific information to help troubleshoot this matter, let me know. My site is currently in maintenance mode but you can see the block map from the login page (http://www.newphotospots.com/user).

Thanks in advance.

(PS. I'm not super advanced at Drupal, I just know enough to be dangerous. I'm trying to find an alternative to Google Maps and was hoping this was it.)
