The default hosted openlayers file (http://openlayers.org/api/2.11/OpenLayers.js) is not available anymore. This patch moves it to into the module. It might not be the ideal solution, but it serves my purposes for now.

I'm going to go ahead and mark this as 'working as designed.' Note that it's considered best practice to run on a local copy of Openlayers. You can change the path in the Openlayers config page. I usually place my copy in 'sites/all/libraries'.

Thanks! I'm just getting started with openlayers and went to look for it to try locally but it was gone. Will be trying a local version now.
