yes, though OpenID Selector does not require fbconnect.

If you are already using fbconnect, you might want to move Facebook into list of OpenID providers.

If that's the case, then enable openid_selector_fbconnect submodule

no. does this module have OAuth support?

the http://drupal.org/project/fb

is a developer module. With the module you can develop Facebook Apps.
There is no feature in relationship with openid selector or the drupal login.
