Problem/Motivation

The material created by the initiative is not easily accessible to users. The documents are at the moment in a google drive. This make it hard to access and is not searchable.

Proposed resolution

Put all the document flat in markdown files and make them accessible vie the initiative Gitlab page.

  • Convert all the documents to markdown
  • Create a structure to version the new documents
  • Generate the documentation pages with AI (automation)

What do we do with assets ?
- Presentations (Google Slide, PowerPoint)
- PDF

Do we store them as is ? or do we generate them with a CI job ?

For now the MR need to be tested locally. The CI job for the page only runs on merge.
