Users will create duplicate content. It is important to have a way to merge duplicate articles.

• Ensure the node with the older created timestamp is the original.
• Form to merge knowledge links from the duplicate to the original
• View to review which articles are duplicates
• Permission(s) to merge articles
  • Merge any duplicate
  • Merge duplicate if Knowledge Domain Expert
  • Merge duplicate if Knowledge Domain Expert for one of the products
  • Merge duplicate if Knowledge Domain Expert for both of the products
• View of the duplicate(s)
• View of the original
