I experienced problem with tooltip behavior, which doesn't properly disappear when mouse is leaving object.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate Hover features behavior for a layers
2. Activate Tooltips on Hover OLFP behavior
3. Tooltips doesn't dissapear when mouse is leaving feature.

Yes, this is an issue. Should be solved by just a note in the behavior description IMHO. Olfp contains hover behavior, so it would be duplicate behavior anyway. Use either olfp or openlayers hover / openlayers tooltips.
