Completing the setup of this very cool module.

Is there any way to allow certain people to mail all groups even if they aren't a member?

Easiest non-coding way would be to add a rule which adds this specific user to all groups when they are created and sets the user to not receive email for these automatically added groups.

Also adding an option would be possible, but why complicate things more than needed.
