Test users at my site are reporting multiple email notifications of the same forum comments. Any ideas how I might troubleshoot this? So far, I'm not seeing this result in my own tests.
Is there a common error I may have made in the config? Is caching an issue?

I shd mention probably that w'ere using Mime Mail as the messaging method.
