Notification E-mails

Hi in our site we have used notification-6.10. So we created a list of book pages. A user has cloned that book page , so that the book consist of 60 pages.

Then suddenly we received 60 notifications from that user,what had happened is that each page of that book has been loaded as seprate content and we received 60 mails.

how to slove this problem? any idea and suggestions welcomed.

day to day we are receiving lots of mails like this so our spams report is going down .
