I get the following error when I install noprob on my local site, however it works perfectly on live site.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in \sites\all\themes\noprob\page.tpl.php on line 79
any ideas?

I'm fairly certain your local server's PHP installation is configured to not recognize short open tags, two of which were present in page.tpl.php. I've changed them to standard open tags in the latest release; try downloading/installing it to see if that fixes the issue. (Newest releases are 6.x-1.2 and 5.x-3.2.)
