Not able to enable the checkbox

Hi,

Thanks for the module.
I am trying to enable the checkbox ```'#title' => t('Check this if you need to show only published Node in the Nodequeue')```.and
after i save the form and go to the edit of the same queue i still see the checkbox as disabled state.
Is there a way i can set the variable via drush?
