Nodequeue Populator provides a framework for populating nodequeues with existing nodes during cron.
What nodes should be added is determined by a "processor" which is provided by extension modules to Nodequeue Populator.
Look at the bundled "Nodequeue Populator Example" module for an example on how to implement a processor.
