I have Nodequeue working fine, but people when I log in as another role other than administrator, the drag and drop is disabled. It works fine when I log in as user one. What permission must I give other users for this to work?

The only permission I see that mentions Ajax is Access All Blocks, and I tried that with no luck. Thanks!
