Offering to maintain Node Ownership

These offers need to first be posted in the project issue summary. If maintainers have not accepted/declined the offer with a comment posted in the issue, after 14 days the issue can be moved to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue.

When this issue is moved to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue, the following information must be added:

• The project link
• The list of the maintainers who have been contacted and when

As further note:

• The list of the maintainers is given in https://www.drupal.org/project/nodeownership/maintainers.json; the maintainers to contact are the ones with the administer maintainers permission.
• Only vyasamit2007 has logged in in the past four years.
• The project is covered by the security advisory policy, which means that site moderators will not add as maintainer/co-maintainer who cannot opt projects into security advisory coverage (as in the omar_emailat case). Only maintainers can decide to add co-maintainers/maintainers who cannot opt projects into security advisory coverage; moving this issue to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue is not necessary.
