First of, thanks for such an excellent and invaluable module.

When using Node Hierarchy to add children to a node, I have noticed that the parent node will appear in the menu, but it will disabled.
So I have to go in and manually enable it.

Is there any way to make parent nodes automatically enabled on the menu.
