Inject balance info into userpoints history

When viewing a users userpoints-history at "user/%/points" there is no reason why points were deducted from the account. The time and balance is displayed, but the reason is empty. There should be something like "Bought a gift for user xyz."
I do not know if this is token-related or a basic function for userpoints.
