I'd like to be able to "Buy" the gift for the same user and not to send it to another user.
And being able to add extra fields on the "Check out" Screen. Basically removing the "User to" and adding some fields for the user to fill out.

Any ideas on how to do this?

Thank you

Hi

At this time you can't add additional fields to the Check out screen. Of course it can be done if you know hot to modify drupal's code. You probably should implement hook_form_alter and add any fields to the checkout form.

You can contact me via contact form and I'll see if I can help you with this.
