Like to set block region, visibility and pages from the node. And set title to none as well.

I don't think the nodeblock module should mimic all functionality already available by the block module. Nodeblock is about making a node a block not about positioning it in your site. For that there are a number of solutions (context, node level blocks, panels, drupal core block).
