Options not visible in field, possible conflict with other entity reference or access modules?

I've installed and enabled the module, rebuild the permissions and cleared the cache but don't see the access options in the field settings. I'm using several other Entity Reference related modules as well so there might be a conflict? I've included a screenshot of my field settings.
