I am unable to use this module,I have a field with entity reference and user reference for user, but the content is not viewed by the user,user has all permissions to view the content , please provide some detailed documents step by step usage

Did you read the README.txt ?

  1. Setup a entity reference or user reference.
  2. edit the reference field
  3. configure in the "NODE ACCESS USER REFERENCE" collapsed field set. settings in fieldset on field settings
