Preserve "Grants for all users"

Hi!

Complicated system of mine is using 4 different permission modules in different priorities. The last one is "Node access user reference". The issue / problem I have with this module is -
Other modules grants "View Node" permission to some nodes for some users, what I need to do - is to add "View and Update" permission to referenced user and to leave untouched View permission to the rest users.
Therefore using this module and marking checkboxes "Grants for referenced users"
* View
* Update
due to unckecked "View" permission for "Grants for all users" checkbox - the rest users losing their permission to view this node.
But if I check this box - all the user can see this node - and this is highly undesirable and unsecure.

What I need this module to do - is just to add permssion, but to to remove already created permission to view a node...

The best with be just to remove this last "Grants for all users" from the module...

Does anybody have an implementation idea?
