Create a Confirm Form to delete the content type configuration

Problem/Motivation

In the Node Revision Delete Administration Page (admin/config/content/node_revision_delete) in the column table Operations we have the Untrack operation, in this operation we need to delete the content type variables with a confirmation.

Proposed resolution

Implement a Confirm Form for this action.
