The views field "no register access text" is always empty. Why? This field makes no sense if it is empty. It would be very handy if there is a content according to the watchdog info.

All the field does, is show a configurable text. That's why the Views fieldset is auto-opened when editing the field in Views UI.

It doesn't show the 'reason'. That's a different thing. You don't want to show your users the rechnical reason.
