Feature: Make a notification by email to the administrator indicating the changes made by the user in the registration form upon registration edit via email token sent to registree. Now there are UPDATE and CANCEL buttons in edit form. Cancel send notifications, but UPDATE do not notify administrator.

Thank you for the quick reply. If only I could write such a patch, I would.
Unfortunately, the scope of my knowledge is not enough for it.
I hope that there will be someone here who can write such a modification.
