Within Rules, a time limit can be set for a node limit, but personally I don't think its terribly clear to me whether the limit is incremental or whether it is reset.
I.e. Whether after a month, if the user has remaining nodes remaining within their limit, whether these carry on to the next month, or whether the node limit is completely reset.

I'm hoping the remaining nodes carry through, as I am only issuing one node every month, and some users may want to build up a couple of nodes before they actually use them.

Can anybody tell me what is the case is - so far I haven't been able to find an incremental solution to my ideal setup!
