On a fresh install, creating a gallery and going to Manage Images page gives:

Seems to be duplicate of #990174: When plupload fails, manage images tab throws an error, however on my fresh installation no plupload was involved.

This bug was subset of #990678: When adding images to a gallery they don't show up under the 'manage images' tab.
