Multilingula support with i18n

Hi,
i have multilingual site with node gallery module. For each language, each gallery and images are created, so i have to allow language field in node gallery settings too. All works fine when i upload some images, until i use the tab "sort images". When i sort them and click submit, the images saved as language neutral, cause there is no language field. Therefore they then not visible in sort images or manage images tabs anymore. So i can only sort my images under "manage images" tab - cause there is language field dispalyed and images "update" properly.

Doesnt matter if i set image type to "not language neutral". Mybe this is not a node gallery issue, cause i didnt find any query in this module, that ll change the language field. Maybe its upload + i18n module problem?
