Setting "Total file number per user" doesn't work

After setting up the latest dev version, I logged in as an anonymous user. As shown in settings.jpg attached , I set up the module to allow authenticated user to upload unlimited files( i.e 0 ). But after that, the module doesn't allowed me to upload any files (see error.jpg attached).
