I want to list all my images on the gallery page as "Image first - Title under it", but can't find any option for it. Is it hardcoded? Or I can change the order of image/title somewhere in views?

The view Node Gallery: Gallery Item Views just used the node display type "Node Gallery Thumbnail". I don't think you can change the order of title and content in node display types.

So what you can do is edit the view so that it shows Fields instead of content and then just have the image and the title as the two fields. In my case, I'm going to try that so that I can trim the title to a maximum width.
