I am having issues trying to save a gallery image. A gallery is selected, but I receive a message saying "Please enter a valid gallery" after I modify the node and click save.

These are the steps I took to get to this point:

  1. downloaded/installed 6.x-3.0-beta2.
  2. changed the gallery type from "Gallery" to another node type "team".
  3. did not change the Image Type - left as "Gallery Image", saved relationship content types
  4. Modified the Gallery Image type - added field for a thumbnail image (the thumbnail image will be independent from the full size gallery image), saved.
  5. Navigated to a "team" node and uploaded 2 images (using plupload 6.x-1.x-dev 2011 - Jul - 11)
  6. Opened one of the gallery images from the "Manage Images" tab by clicking an image
  7. Uploaded an image for the thumbnail field (the same happens when I don't upload an image for the thumbnail field)
  8. Did not alter "Assign to Gallery" field, the team node associated is displayed in this field. Click Save (or Preview) Button
  9. Node is not saved, message on the top saying: "Please enter a valid gallery"

Hopefully this is enough information, please let me know if you need anymore details to troubleshoot this.

I found a workaround, just in case anybody else comes across this issue:

Open the associated gallery node, edit the gallery node, then save the gallery node.

Hmm, this seems like it may be a cache issue. Can you try clearing your cache at steps 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5?
