The original node (Node0) contained multiple relationships (RID001 to RID099) to other content nodes (NodeA...NodeZ). The node clone module did very well and showed the relationships in the appropriate fields of the new clone (Node1). Everything looked great, but the original relationships were not cloned to new relationships between Node1 and NodeA...NodeZ. Instead, the original RID001 now has the Endpoints Node1 and NodeA, RID002 has endpoints Node1 and NodeB, etc. The are no longer any relationships between Node0 and NodeA...NodeZ.
