When we clone a node sometimes edits made to the cloned node show up in the original node that was cloned.

I have not been able to find a pattern for when this happens or does not happen.

I remember that I met the same problem when cloning a node that has a reference data field like Field Collection, Paragraph or something before. But currently I don't have any idea to prevent this kind of problem happens when using Node Clone...

I experienced this as well. The node was using Paragraphs and after cloning none of the paragraphs displayed on the original node or the copies for anonymous users only. We might try it out again since the problem only occurred on the Live environment (Pantheon) but not the Test environment. I wasn't able to reproduce locally or on the Test environment, unfortunately.

Seeing other similar issues, I'm not sure that this is a bug. If Paragraphs module starts support for this integration, it'll be solved, I think.
