pretty simple application with CCK
1) Terms
2) Text fields
3) Select List (text)

I'll give it a shot - and let you know - I was a bit nervous about trashing my tables

I have 50 of these to Clone (States)

task is a bit of a pain and the long way to complete do something simple, but I'm using Tax Default to force several terms
