Some Sidebars and the comments-block are at the wrong place after upgrading to firefox 4.01

The two screenshots shows the differences.
The left sidebar is now shown under the main-content. (this sidebar contains a views-block)
The comment is shown behind the main-content.

Any ideas to fix this?

I found out, that this must have to do with some changes to the page-template. A Testversion with a unchanged template showed none of this problems.
