This module provides a flexible way for handling private file downloads.
This module especially helps you sell files using the ubercart shop in a flexible and extensible approach.

The best benefit of using this module is that all private file downloads go trough the fast nginx web server, and no PHP process is involved during the download. Therefor it eliminates several problems that occur due to PHP limitations.

Another advantage of using this module is that you can set time based limits on download links. You can also limit the access to download links based on IP address or some other parameters.
