As I described here: #665014: How to display list of assigned nodes using views?, it is very difficult to format a list of term's nodes using views. But you need this at least because every NAT term page displays full list of assigned nodes, including child NAT sub-nodes, which needs not to be displayed.
So I suggest 1 (or both) of the following:

  1. Add new feature to format list of nodes using views, like "nodereference views" module does. A list of nodes is given to Views using special argument, and we still can filter out or sort nodes. It would be better if we'll have ability to assign views this way per-NATnode.
  2. Replace existing option "Associate node body with term description" so that it displays entire NAT-node page (except for maybe comments). So that if we have some non-CCK modules that add something to node page (views_attach, for example), it will be displayed, too. Additionally, to prevent NAT from double-displaying list of nodes (through NAT core and using attached view) it's better to add an option to switch off displaying of nodes list by NAT.

2nd way seems easier, but 1st seems better because the only things that views does is formatting, sorting and filtering out list of nodes, while creating basic list of nodes is still under NAT's duty.
