6.x-1.x Rewrite namecards_nodeapi() and embedded helper functions

Alter current implementation of hook_nodeapi() and embedded helper functions to make sure they only work on node types associated with the namecards module. Use hook_node_XXXX() functions from 7.x-1.x branch as template.
