Need to enable the code for the importing of vcards. The functionality is already built in (required classes already present). Just need to add the code to enable it and then do testing.

I have decided to remove support for the import of vcards from module namecards_import. The reason is that to do this I rely on the use of some third party code (mostly class definitions). For some of these, I cannot find the original source and as such cannot confirm the type of licensing agreement attached to them. So to play it safe I have removed it.
