Remove option for multiple name field item [#1225334]

For example, a checkbox that similar to this:

[title ][First name ][Last name] [ ]Remove
[title ][First name ][Last name] [ ]Remove
[title ][First name ][Last name] [*]Remove

To delete at the moment, simply clear the text from the fields and it will be picked up as empty and that field will be removed.

All feature requests go to the main Drupal 7.x branch and may get backported to Drupal 6
