To avoid submitting a feed via url field on admin page and then immediately having to tweak it in the admin page I would like an admin page which set the default settings for feeds. This should make subscribing to feeds a 2 step process, enter the url, do the initial update. Could also make this page perform batch operations on feed settings.

How about making this a 1 step process. Add a button beside the current called 'Save and update'.

Almost done, just gotta make the new update checkbox work and we will be set for one click adding of feeds (we should patent this and see if Amazon sues us). Did a bit of refactoring. Changes are in CVS now. Appears to work for 4.3 and HEAD. I need to rewrite the help text too.

My roommate Chris wrote me some new help text. Should be working in both head and 4.3 now. Subscribing to feeds should be much easier now.
