Set number of visible items when using multiple values

I've followed the instruction on readme file on how to be able to set number of visible items when using multiple values which is basically: add $conf['field_multiple_value_form'] = 'multiple_value_widget_multiple_value_form' to my settings.php and apply patch here https://drupal.org/files/issues/1592814-7.patch.

But after doing this I can't still see a way for me to set a number of visible items? Where it should appear exactly?
