I am having trouble changing the name of the site using the Administer >> Site Configuration >> Site Information.

The Name currently says "My Community"...something I entered when I initially set up the site. I now what to change the name, let's say to "mysitename". In the form for Name, I type "mysitename" and click on the Save Configuration button. When the page refreshes, I get a message that the the configuration was saved, but the Name form box still reads "My Community".

Is this a bug? Can I override this? Any thoughts?

FIXED this by going to the settings.php file for the site and changing the value for site_name under the variables override.
