I uploaded Theme Multiflex3; it is listed with the other standard themes on my FTL files. But does not appear in my workspace so that I can select and use it. Tried deleting and reloading it, but still no luck. Any ideas?

I was not able to reproduce your issue.
Have you uploaded the theme to \sites\all\themes\multiflex37 directory?
Used the latest version?
