Sorry I'am a newbie in Drupal and just got started with this theme, how can I change de background color/image, in wich .css I must do the changes?

On around line 34 of layout4_setup.css, you can see the css that controls the header image.

.header-middle {width:900px; height:150px; background:rgb(230,230,230) url(../img/bg_head_middle.jpg); overflow:visible !important /*Firefox*/; overflow:hidden /*IE6*/;}

You should change the url(../img/bg_head_middle.jpg) to a different path to change the header image. The background color is based on a set of images. You should look in the img directory (this wasn't my choice, it's how the theme was done). Check the following background image to see one of the possible images. There are separate images for the different column types.
