Block titles?

I've installed Mollio, and generally like it, but it seems to completely omit titles for blocks. I'm sure this would be pretty straightforward to hack in, and don't mind doing so myself, but I thought I'd ask the developer for tips (and maybe to actually make it part of the distro).
