Drupal crashes after Token 8.x-1.17 module update

Drupal crashes after manually updating from Token 8.x-1.16 to Token 8.x-1.17

In frontend administration go to "mydomain.com/admin/reports/updates/update" download token 8.x-1.17 module and run the "update" script, it will open the "mydomain.com/core/authorize.php" which gives the following error on the attached screenshot, fails in hooks to run the service from the drupal core, etc.

Proposed: to update drupal core container.php in drupal 10.6.2+ ; to update token 8.x-1.17 core for update hooks and scripts.
